Terms of Use

These terms add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps you download from the Mac App Store.

The app

MacLens shows caches and large files and removes only what you confirm. It does not promise a faster Mac or a specific amount of free space.

Your choices

Caches you confirm are deleted immediately and can be rebuilt by the app that created them. Files you move from Large Files, and apps you move to the Trash, stay in the Trash until you empty it. You can put them back until then.

Purchases

Purchases are completed with Apple. Developer Pack includes Advanced Cleanup. Restore Purchases is on the Purchases page. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your responsibility

You choose what to remove. Do not confirm an item if you still need it. MacLens will not remove documents, photos, or passwords as part of cache cleanup.
