MacLensWhat stays on this Mac
MacLens measures storage on your Mac. File names, folder sizes, and scan summaries stay on this Mac. They are not uploaded to PAPA Tech Solutions. There is no MacLens account and no MacLens server for scans.
Purchases
Advanced Cleanup and Developer Pack are one-time purchases processed by Apple. PAPA Tech Solutions does not receive your card number. Apple’s purchase records follow Apple’s policies.
Folders you allow
MacLens asks before reading a folder, and explains why first. Home is used to measure caches. Homebrew, Large Files, and Applications are separate and optional. Refusing a folder does not delete anything. You can remove access in Settings → General and in System Settings.
What MacLens does not do
MacLens does not sell personal information, does not track you across apps, and does not include its own analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Crash reports, if any, are Apple’s. The app is not directed at children.
How long data is kept
Preferences and scan summaries remain on this Mac until you delete the app. There is no server copy of your scan.
